The Youshi polyurethane composite air duct board is made of double-sided thickened aluminum foil and polyurethane rigid foam, which are continuously produced in one go through a dedicated production line, forming a sandwich structure. Double sided non-woven fabric has undergone special treatment to ensure good interlayer adhesion; The middle PU hard foam insulation layer adopts advanced mixing and fabric technology, with delicate foam holes, uniform density, and reliable guarantee of strength and thermal insulation performance.

Product advantages:

1. Extremely low thermal conductivity.

The thermal conductivity of Youshi polyurethane rigid foam is ≤ 0.024W/m • K, making it a very good building energy-saving material with excellent insulation performance. Under the same thermal insulation effect, 25mm thick polyurethane rigid foam thermal insulation layer has the same thermal insulation effect as 40mm thick EPS, 45mm thick mineral wool, 140mm thick cork, 380mm thick concrete or 860mm thick ordinary bricks. The thickness of the thermal insulation layer is reduced by about 40% compared with EPS.

2. Insulation, waterproofing, and sound insulation.

The polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer produced by our factory has extremely low water absorption. Experiments have shown that for every 1% increase in v/v moisture content, its thermal conductivity only increases by about 3%. Meanwhile, due to the excellent closed cell structure of the polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer, it has excellent sound insulation function and can provide a comfortable and quiet indoor environment.

3. Strong self-adhesive bonding strength.

Compared with similar thermal insulation materials, the polyurethane rigid foam produced by our factory can be directly bonded with cement, steel structure, clay, asphalt, wood, glass, plastic and other materials without any adhesive. The bonding strength is greater than its own crack resistance strength, which fully meets the technical requirements of China's external wall thermal insulation engineering.

4. Stable physical and chemical properties.

The polyurethane rigid foam material can adapt to a wide temperature range, and can be used for a long time in the environment of -50 ℃ -+150 ℃. The short-term use temperature can reach 250 ℃, and foam will not produce any damage. The physical and chemical properties of the polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer produced by our factory are very stable. Once formed by reaction, it is insoluble in most solvents, not affected by exhaust gases and industrial gases, and does not rot, resist plastic, anti-corrosion, odorless, and non-toxic.

5. Excellent fire resistance.

The rigid polyurethane foam material can meet the higher fire performance requirements for building insulation materials, that is, the B1 or B2 level building materials flame retardant standard. In addition, the rigid polyurethane foam plastic is inert during combustion, carbonized in case of fire, and will not produce molten combustible substances, thus inhibiting the spread of fire, and its ignition point is higher than that of wood. The fire prevention experiment conducted by the Fire Protection Institute of the Chinese Academy of Building Sciences on the polyurethane rigid foam exterior wall insulation system shows that the polyurethane rigid foam exterior wall insulation system does not transmit fire when it encounters fire, and its flame retardant performance can fully meet the requirements of the building exterior wall fire prevention standards.
